I'd assume that if set to 0, the reactor would respawn directly after it has been defeated. No idea why it doesn't work, unless they changed something else (made the minimum delay spawn time atleast 500 milliseconds, etc.).

But when it says "reactorTime", I would think that it means the amount of time before respawning another one. If it was "reactorRespawn" or something along the lines of that, I would probably guess binary.

The chair comes from getting 20 Olivia dolls in the secret room. Requires a party of 3 or more to enter, and you can only enter 3 times a day. Each visit will get the party anywhere from 2 to 5 doll drops..
