I don't know why people are complaining. A CS item this powerful shouldn't be something you can come to rely on. It's something that should only be bought before an important boss run or the like (or never). One day is perfect because it keeps almost everyone from regularly having it.
Anyone retarded or stat-crazy enough to constantly buy this DESERVES to be victims of their "greed."
