I think it was JMS who designed Time Temple for KMS, then KMS made it. that might be the reason of why Pink bean has such a high dmg?? Tongue

This might be the most overpowered world created for MS. But it sure is the best looking one. Although the combination of Angels and Machines is kind of stupid.

I don't think so.

If NEXON Japan made it, then all the mobs of Time Temple would deal at least 9k+ damage.

The Pink Bean was made like that by KMS because it HAD to be a powerful boss. They wanted it to be like that.

Im actually looking for normal high lvled new training places
(like monsters giving 10k exp each,and 20k and etc) for easy ways to achieve 200.
and of course jms cant make that lol only kms.. the monsters jms made give really good exp but too hard hehe

I'm positive if any other version ever wanted to import any part of Neo Tokio, they will reduce the stats of some monsters a A LOT. If that happened, Neo Tokio will be the best place world created.
