About one per 1000 cold eyes. Lv 50 equips like the brown moon glove are more like 1/10 equips. Most are PMCH, then Dark Guardian claws. I get a lot of the gold warrior helms too, the ones that look like phallic cones.

In case you're wondering... The TS said Malaysia. The drop rate there is FRICKIN' HIGH. I got a Shiny Bullet and a 10% GFA in 20 minutes on a lucky day (plus a few other equips) or I could fill half my inventory with equips in like half an hour on another.
In other words? Drops are unpredictable. No offense, but that's just a silly theory.
