I don't understand why we're trying to come up with all these restrictions just because of this "change" in the loot system.

The absurd drop ratio is an error within the changed drop system. It's nothing that can't be fixed.
KMS, or any other version that has his drop system, doesn't get a ridiculous amount of equipment drops per boss as far as I know.

I guess you could all it a side effect. The item's aura color is just an indicator of how much above average it is, it doesn't really have to do with scrolling, but it is most prominently associated with scrolling.

it'll take a few runs in MSEA to get those amount of weapons. (weapons only because we usually just down queen without downing the instructors because why not.)

It's made worse by the fact that, under this system, each person's drops is based on their own drop multiplier, if I recall correctly. I believe in the screenshot I posted that Limgoon was had 278% drop or something like that, while the other two were on 2x.

Nexon attempt to address insane loot multiplers with "treasure boxes" that are unaffected by multipliers. in response to all the people who say having insane multiplier is unfair. which is kind of a laugh in the face for people who cubed accessories for +%Loot. [question] When nexon hosts a 2x event, are "treasure boxes" even affected?
i am at odds with this. maybe nexon should impliment a global cap to loot multiplers. it's commonplace to get

Maybe utilize the Ignore Def formula to give drop multipliers an asymptotic limit of... idk x5 (so as not to cap 2x event + 2x NX)

Nexon needs to take a look at their entire loot system. Why should I have to hunt 10 minutes for one Knight's Scroll to fight Von Leon, or twice as long to get 10 Dragon Scales for Horntail prequest? Certain quest drops should be 100% drop per monster kill. I remember job advance meant killing manon & griffey, and after hours of luck searching, sometimes they wouldnt even drop the thingie! (it's 100% drop now, in a personal instanced dungeon, ty nexon.) Speaking of Von Leon... why aren't crocky helmets, Reindeer Spears, or Bearwolf Maces 100% "monster item" drops? TBT killing 500 vultures to loot 300 spears when they only spawn 7 to a map...

I have seen a handfull for bellonova. I don't think most people go for the Lionheart set though, i whent straight for SW. Seen about 4 SW scrolls, never seen a Fafnir one though.

would fanir 4set + SW 3 set be better than fafnir 3set+ SW 4set effects? At least SW bosses are beatable by enough players that there will be SW Zero scrolls, but I don't see Fafnir being as common. Then again, with the new drop mechanics who knows?
