One of my friends in California said there has been winter storms there recently, and the weather across the west has been pretty bad a whole. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a weather related power outage.

This is true. It's been pretty bad in terms of weather. 3 days of non-stop rain and HAIL. Floods and trees falling onto roads.

I cant access the Global homepage.It give me connection timed out in Firefox and via gamelauncher i get "Check your firewall and antivirus stuff".
Gonna check if other nexon games are available or not.
