I made this video mainly as a progress report, like I did with my Viper.

Yeah, it JUST finished uploading, so it's still processing. The experience gain is about 30% per Yakisoba (5 minutes) when I'm not lagging as bad as I did with Fraps on. XD

Yeah, I could do that, but level 1 Advanced Dark Chains doesn't pull monsters. D: I have to level up and get another point or two first.

360% per hour at 75 doesn't seem right for GMS.

30% would be right, actually, considering these mobs are level 82 (Scorpions) and the spawn in the map is insanely high. In GMS on an unfunded character, I was easily getting a level per 30 minutes, even well into the 80 ~ 90 area at Sahel 2.
The experience from both Scorpions and Sand Rats are the exact same values as KMS and GMS.

I must have bad memory or something. Could've sworn with a HS mule at 75 I was only getting a level per hour at jesters. When I checked for comparison Magatia was slower exp.

D: I have to level up and get another point or two first.I remember when I was lagging Chains just refused to pull enemies, but otherwise left it at 1 until 10x and noticed no other hindrance. Only issue there is the fixed miss rate due to level difference, since Chains doesn't pull missed enemies. Kinda redundant anyway since EXP is still madness even with misses.
It's fairly easy to think of Battlemages as magical pre-BB NLs in terms of attack variety, but they get a more diverse set of skills later on, honest D:
