They don't have boss flags.
The weaker guard with 10m HP swarms at you. The first map has 7+ of them coming at you at once. The other two maps are more of the same.
I haven't seen the dunas unit or the royal guard S though. Uploading video of the weaker guards swarming me...

The bigger two give 15m and 2m respectively, though i haven't seen either of them which is weird considering i got on right when the server started up. If they spawn in all channels, they should have been there.

The map data says the 9m mobs (which I previously assumed to be Royal Guard Type S summons) are supposed to spawn normally.

Well they're ice resist anyways and now it seems they only give 11k exp, I have better ways to train than spam snipe (to the best of my ability) there. So... dunno don't care?

7 monsters per map giving 11k exp is pretty poor. You have to consider they have to be able to hit them as well.
You can get much better exp with the packed map of skeles MD (poisoning).

Tiny platform + super high KB + Targa-esque rush attack + 18k touch damage + 100 avoid means no one but a DK with acc gear can possibly kill this thing. Love this game.

High level Archmages can take a hit with HB and using Power Elixirs, but Archmages can't boss so that's moot I guess. But the fact Nexon messed up the boss tags again? FD or ID + mist = potential F/P campers on all channels. Bigfoot V2.0 if the spawn rate is sufficient.

Just found a type S in Scania, tried using Ice Demon on it, but it didn't get affected by the burn effect the non-bosses are affected by (thanks to this my Archmage can actually rip through a mob of these 10m HP things in about a minute, yay burn damage). Doesn't this mean it *does* have a boss tag?
