I just made a i/l and am planning on being luckless does getting all int equips matter could i just mainly use clean ones?

And about elemental wands the level 70 is it worth getting and the level 130 I'm sure i should get and which one should i try and get and what are approximate prices in Windia?

Will i ever have accuracy problems? Do i need luck equips?

I/L - Death123141 - 2009-10-09

Ok i started fighting a slightly higher leveled monster and am starting to miss some does only luck give accuracy what type of equips for accuracy should i try and get?

I/L - SlayerZach - 2009-10-10

Accuracy equips wouldn't necessarily bump up your spells' accuracy; only your physical attacks. LUK is the only thing that will make you more accurate so it would be best to get some LUK equips, such as a LUK-scrolled shield I guess.

So the only way to get accuracy is to get luck equips? Is it pointless to be luckless?

Not quite. Both INT and LUK, Level (yours and the mob's), and the mob's avoid all play a role in magic accuracy.

This is our most accurate calculator for magic accuracy atm.

Hah, I've been wanting a Mage Accuracy calculator for ages. That really helps.

Right. Is there a specific number for how much Magical Accuracy that both 1 INT and 1 LUK give? From what I hear, it's LUK that gives more, since my lukless F/P Wizard was still missing Alishar at lvl 47.

Er. I still miss with regular LUK at 4[7 I think? I forget what level I am, it's above 45], but it's not constant. Like maybe every 7 hits or so.

I/L - Death123141 - 2009-10-10

Wow ty so i just get int equips and do i even need to scroll stuff or can i just use clean stuff and aim for getting a good weapon?

And how much are the ele wands ~ in Windia? And which one should i try and get depending one what skills i would be using the most in that level range?

And does Accuracy shown on the ability window mean my accuracy or is that melee?

I/L - Tikey - 2009-10-10

That's melee accuracy. Magic accuracy is a hidden stat.

That was the belief for a while until it was looked into more closely. It's actually a weird formula. While there's no specific number on how much each point of INT and LUK gives, we know that it's affected by "brackets". There's a negligent gain going from, for example, 160 to 169 INT, but there's a huge jump when you go from 169 to 170, or 179 to 180 and so on.. The same applies for LUK.

Sorry, I wouldn't know. Maybe try looking in MTS and convert them to mesos using the conversion for your world.

I will it's 1:9 right? The cheapest e wand 3 i found was about 14k Sad

And would using mainly clean equips and just concentrating on a weapon make much of a difference?

You have to ask another Windian for the conversion.

And equips don't really make a difference early on. It'd be a good idea to only concentrate on your weapon. However, if you have the extra funds, slowly upgrade your equips from time to time.

Does speed on wands/staffs effect casting time of spells?

Death123141 Wrote:Does speed on wands/staffs effect casting time of spells?

No.
Only F/Ps explosion takes speed into effect.
For you only Int+matt matters.

Does 1 int = 1 m.att? An int is worth more then m.att because i can get extra mp right?

I/L - Corn - 2009-10-10

1 int does not equal 1 magic attack. 1 magic attack adds more damage than 1 Int, however.

Death123141 Wrote:Does 1 int = 1 m.att? An int is worth more then m.att because i can get extra mp right?

Int is worth more because it gives 1 m.att, 0.1 Mp, and 1 m.def per Int.
